Clerk to the Governors/ Compliance Officer
10 hours per week Grade G Pt 23 £21,268 pro rata FTE 0.225 (actual pay £4787)
Required from December 2017, part time 10 hours per week, term-time only days to be arranged. Hours will also include a minimum of 5 evening meetings per annum to take minutes at the Board Meetings.
To provide administrative support to the Trustee Board and committees and review and monitor the School’s compliance with the requirements from regulatory bodies. In particular, the role will be key in the preparation for the new General Data Protection Regulation. This post is subject to enhanced DSB clearance.

We are looking for enthusiastic and organised individuals to join our friendly Exam Invigilation Team. You will be employed on a casual basis to supervise students taking both internal and external exams throughout the school year. The hours are variable depending upon the exam timetable, the number of students taking the exams and your availability. The bulk of the exam season is in May and June. Full training is given and you will work as part of a team alongside experienced invigilators. DINING ROOM SUPERVISOR
The role is to supervise and secure the safety and welfare of pupils during the school break and lunchtime. 1 hour per day, 1.10 – 2.10 p.m. 38 weeks, term time only. £7.78 per hours. Please contact Hazel Baldwin – email@example.com for further details.
Coach (September 2017 - January 2018)
Pay : £15 per session (Tuesday afternoon & Saturday Morning). £30 per week (£300 for 10 weeks, with potential for more if required)
Relationship : The post holder is responsible to the Head of Physical Education
Purpose : The role of the rugby coach is to provide support to a number of different rugby teams and to support the coaching of ‘B’ teams at different age groups, ensuring all students have access to a extensive extra-curricular programme.
Duties and Responsibilities : The post holder will be expected to support and lead junior rugby training every Tuesday (3:15pm – 4:30pm) and will be responsible for a ‘B’ team on match days (Saturday mornings 9:30am – 12pm)
