Commendation Day
Held at St. Mary de Crypt Church, the Commendation Day and Service is an introduction
for new boys and their parents to the church and building where the School began.
Speech Day and Prize-Giving
Held in the School Hall annually.
Founders’ Day Service
Held in the Cathedral in July.
Drama makes a significant contribution to the life of the school. The music department
provides a good range of extracurricular music that enriches the life of the whole
school.

As well as studying drama throughout KS3, all boys have the opportunity to get involved
in junior or whole school productions.
The Future is Wild
The Future Is Wild is a cross curricular project organised for pupils in year 8.
The aim of the project is to show pupils that there are links between different subject
areas and to be able to work on a project in depth for an extended period of time.
They are also able to work alongside experts in their field. They can apply their
knowledge gained in Science and use their creativity. At the end of the project relatives
and guests are invited to a Celebration Evening where there work is displayed
