Cricket is another traditional sport with the school boasting one of only 3 grass wickets at a state school in the county. Regular success at District level and qualification for National competitions prompted the need to challenge pupils further. This has been achieved through developing the fixture list and the recent tour to Barbados. The school share its facilities and pavilion with the AIW CC who play in the Gloucester Premier Division.
